Commensal came into my life more than 25 years ago and I have appreciated their innovative culinary sense ever since. I also admire their healthy cooking expertise and skills. Today, the Commensal&cie mission is to popularize healthy, tasty and local foods. For non-vegetarians or flexitarians, adding grain-fed Quebec chicken and shrimp to the menu is certainly great news.
