Commensal came into my life more than 25 years ago and I have appreciated their innovative culinary sense ever since. I also admire their healthy cooking expertise and skills. That’s what allows us to offer a wide selection of delicious and unique foods, made from the finest ingredients available, with no preservatives, artificial flavours, colours or trans fats.

Today, the Commensal&cie mission is to popularize healthy, tasty and local foods. For non-vegetarians or flexitarians, adding grain-fed Quebec chicken and shrimp to the menu is certainly great news. For vegetarians like me, the completely reinvented Commensal&cie menu is a daily invitation to taste something new!
